Immigration Madness: Citizenship From Birth Is Challenged on the Right
Citizenship From Birth Is Challenged on the Right: Senator Lindsey Graham, speaking on Fox News last week, said it was “a mistake” to allow American-born children of illegal immigrants to become citizens automatically, a practice known as birthright citizenship. He said that along with a plan to grant legal status to millions of illegal immigrants, he would also amend the 14th Amendment as a way of discouraging future unauthorized immigration. The immigration problem has nothing to do with our laws. It has to do with the fact that we still live caring only about our own concerns.
ReplyDeletePeople are coming here from south of the boarder because life is so much harder for them over there that they're willing to deal with us over here.
We live in a global society. In order for one country to prosper, all the other countries have to prosper too.
For example, if your neighbor always has the cops at his house, your property value goes down. His problems become problems for you as well. Putting up a fence won't make the problems go away. And if they get big enough, there's not a fence that will hold them back.
There are answers to these problems. And we can solve them, because we (men specifically), are the cause of these problems.
Come and see for yourself.
