Collateral Damage: Mexican Mayor Becomes 11th City Chief Killed in 2010

Another blow, all too literally to the rule of law in Mexico. Tancítaro is a small town in the mountains of western Michoacán, near its border with the State of Jalisco, and about thirty-five miles west of the city of Uruapan (pop. about 200,000).
