Collateral Damage: 4 in custody after border patrol agent killed

The killing of agent Terry is tragic. The initial indications are that it was done by drug smugglers. We will be following this story to see where it goes. 

4 in custody after border patrol agent killed - CNN.com: "Four suspects are in custody Wednesday and another one is being sought after a U.S. Border Patrol agent was shot and killed Tuesday on the Arizona-Mexico border, a statement from U.S. Customs and Border Protection said.

'Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry was shot and killed after he encountered several suspects near Rio Rico, Arizona,' the statement said. 'Agent Terry's murder is a tragic reminder of the ever-present dangers U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers, Air & Marine and Border Patrol agents face as they protect our nation's borders.'"
