In this interview, the "Drug Warrior-in-Chief" or DWIC, (Director of the President's Office of National Drug Control Policy - usually called the "nation's drug czar") whacks those of us who say that regulated, legal, sale of marijuana - like that in place for alcohol since the U.S. ended Prohibition - is the only way to end the otherwise endless, destuctive, infinitely expensive "war on drugs." The DWIC is on the interview circuit with this report. We saw him recently on the PBS Newshour spouting this propaganda.
