That measure, introduced by Sen. Williams late last month during the holiday doldrums, mirrors the xenophobic and authoritarian immigration law adopted in Arizona and now under constitutional challenge in a federal appeals court. That statute is likely to wind up eventually before the U.S. Supreme Court." Jan. 5, 2011
