Mexico's remittances up 5.5 pct in 1st quarter - BusinessWeek: "Mexico's central bank says the amount of money migrant workers sent home in the first quarter of 2011 increased by 5.5 percent compared to the same period last year.
The bank says remittances totaled just over $5 billion in the first three months of 2011, up from $4.8 billion in the first quarter of 2010."
