Angelenos rally to demand for immigration rights - GlobalTimes: "About 40,000 demonstrators joined a march and rally in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday to mark the International Labor Day with a strong demand of legalization for all immigrants and a stop to deportations and attacks on workers.
Holding banners and signs and shouting 'Jobs, peace and justice for all,' 'Legalization now,' 'Stop deportation' and 'Stop attacks on workers,' demonstrators gathered at the cross section between Broadway and Olympic Boulevard and marched north along Broadway towards the Los Angeles City Hall."
