Drug War: Americans can no longer ignore role in ongoing Mexican drug war

Another voice speaks to the basic realities of the drug war.  

Statesman.com: "Recently, in the aftermath of the gruesome deaths of more than 50 people at the hands of the drug lords in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexican President Felipe Calderón said: "We're neighbors, we're allies, we're friends. But you are also responsible."

By "you," Calderón meant Americans, and though many Americans might reject the claim, he is correct."
