Fox News Latino: "One small northern Mexico community, surrounded by Cartel thugs, is taking matters into their own hands. The people of Uruachi have begun to arm themselves in a last attempt to protect themselves against a group of 12 armed men surrounding the community, Mayor Aldo Campos said.
"They have us surrounded. From here you can see the armed men that are in the mountains and the danger of it all is that the town's people are arming themselves to confront them," Campos said in a press conference."
