CBS News: "Sending U.S. troops to Mexico to help fight drug cartels is a bad idea, Republican presidential contender and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney said Monday, rejecting an idea thrown out by his GOP opponent, Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
