The Border: Man killed by border patrol agent Thursday, a 20-year-old Mexican national
Corpus Christi Caller-Times: "A man killed about noon Thursday by a border patrol agent near Mathis, Texas, was a 20-year-old from Mexico, authorities said Friday. U.S. Border Patrol agents attempted to stop a Lincoln SUV in the 5700 block of Farm-to-Market Road 666, when the driver refused and authorities said he tried to run over an agent in an attempt to get away. That agent then shot the man in the chest, officials said." read more
