NYTimes.com: "A Mexican human rights lawyer, Netzaí Sandoval, filed a complaint on Friday against President Felipe Calderón with the International Criminal Court in The Hague, claiming that Mr. Calderón covered up and tolerated war crimes and crimes against humanity.
